I am Dr. Erica Radcliffe, I am from outside of Atlanta, Georgia and I just wanted to thank…Paul. This seminar is a really nice extension to the “Just One Thing” one and it really opened my eyes to the growth opportunities and I really appreciate the insider information that Paul gives. It would just take years and years to try and figure it out ourselves. He gives us internet sites to research, gives us, again, step by step instructions on how to look for different properties and what to do once you’ve got them. So again thank you very much. Troy: My name is Troy Don and I am a chiropractor in southern California. John: Hi, I am John Don, Troys Father. I am a Engineer.

Troy: We attended, actually I attended the first seminar that Paul had and then right away, at the first break of the first day, I called my father and told him that we were going to get really active and get going with the real estate investing.
My father then attended the Just One Thing program in Sacramento and since then the pyramid has grown to eleven properties. We are very excited about that and after attending this seminar on advanced real estate; Paul has really taken the mystery out of doing ‘big league’ real estate so were are really excited about getting into much more commercial and larger properties.

John: This program has really excelled my life. It has given new meaning to it, new focus, things that I really look forward to doing. And it takes the edge off one’s daily life. And what is amazing is, if you follow Paul’s ‘prescription’, which is very easy, it really works and it makes you a lot of money. We are very excited about future opportunities to invest in homes and commercial properties as well.

On Paul’s Seminars

Hi, my name is Dr. Matt Goda. I live in Orange County, California in Mission Viejo.

This is my second seminar I have attended which Paul has given. I did the “Just One Thing” last September in Sacramento and this is one here, in Phoenix, is a more advanced one.

Since the “Just One Thing” seminar I have already gotten into a property and it was followed right out of the book. Within two months, I had already closed; I was able to get a renter into the property right away, a great tenant. Everything Paul told me to deal with the management company, it just fell right into place, to the point where the management company, the agent there, said: “You really know what you are doing, have you done this before?” and I just kind of alluded to: “Yes, I know what I am doing.”
Paul, I am real thankful on that.

I am real excited about going to the next level though; being able to really start cement things for my future and I have seen that real estate is the way to do it. This seminar has blown me away, I definitely have to go home and process some of it. It is definitely a ton of information; you could spread it out even over five days but I am thankful for it. I am thankful to you for giving me some direction. My wife is excited as well and she understands it.
To anyone who is thinking about coming to the seminar, you’ve got to do it. Start with the “Just One Thing” and you are going to be miles ahead of anyone else. You are not going to really get jerked around by the management people; the real estate agents; the title guys; because you are going to know what to look for.
