My name is Julie Howard; I live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
My husband Ken and I have been with Paul’s group, his Life or his Coaching Strategy Group, since it started in June of 2007.(Platnium Members)
We first met Paul Maguire in Arizona, at his “Just One Thing” seminar in 2005. We thought his program was great. After we went home, we put to work some of the things that we learned at that seminar. We purchased three properties in 2005 and 2006. They have all done very well for us and then we really started getting really busy purchasing properties towards the end of 2007.
At this point in time we have, let me think about this, six properties and the biggest win out of all those properties is the last one that we just closed on; we closed on the 27th of December 2008. It was appraised then on the 28th of December (2008) so that we could find out what the new appraisal value was. Well, we purchased it for about 190,000 dollars and it appraised at 341,000 dollars. It was a huge win as far as that goes; a very exciting day.
That property is in Florida and as I said before we live in Wisconsin. It was the first property we purchased out of state and that was sort of a big jump for us but it worked out really well. It actually rented within just a couple of days so that was a great thing too because not only did we get it purchased in the month of December, and then we found out that we had some great equity right away, it was also rented right away, so that was very exciting. I think it that is probably our biggest and most exciting win so far. Paul Is A Very Out Of The Box Thinker…Exciting to Be Around
The coaching group itself though has been great, Paul is a very out-of-the-box kind of thinker and it is exciting just to be around, to listen to his ideas and his thoughts on things. It has also been great to meet the people that Paul has brought to all of the seminars because they have all been great.
Not only is the group itself an interesting and dynamic group as far as the members go but everybody that Paul has brought in to speak to us has been absolutely phenomenal; I would say ‘A1, best in their business’ kind of people, and that sort of information is just really exciting to get because it is just not something we would get at home on a daily basis.
This is absolutely one of the best decisions my husband and I have made, it is very exciting. I think we both, in the last six months, feel that we’re just headed in a different direction in life and that it doesn’t get any better than that so that is exciting.
So thank you to Paul Maguire and thank you to all of the people that he has brought in to speak to us and to his staff because it has just been a really great ride.
